Casa Das Cortelhas is situated in the countryside just over a kilometre from Guia, beautifully decorated and with great outdoor space.

The villa has a delightful swimming pool and its surrounding sun terrace face neat open gardens. The cosy lounge opens onto the poolside patio and there is an unusual two sided wood burning fireplace that also appears in the living room. Completing the ground floor accommodation are the kitchen, a bathroom, and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms, a twin with en suite bathroom and a very impressive double bedroom with a walk in wardrobe, a private bathroom and a balcony with lovely views across the swimming pool, gardens and tranquil country side.

This villa is located only a few hundred metres away from the famous Zoomarine theme park and the great chicken piri piri restaurants of Guia.

Bedroom 2 – Upstairs main double bedroom, with walk in wardrobe, large patio doors leading to balcony over looking the swimming pool. En suite full bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, bidet, sink with unit and WC.

Bedroom 3 - Upstairs twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and full bathroom en suite with bath and over head shower, bidet, sink and WC.

Separate bathroom downstairs with bath, sink and WC.

This is a spacious villa situated just under 1kms away from the bustling little village of Guia, where you can find a variety of restaurants from the famous and popular chicken piri-piri houses to very fine dining in the centre of the village.

The new and old towns of Albufeira are easily reachable by a 10 minutes drive, as well as its colorful marina.

Near this tranquil area, you will find wonderful beaches from intimate coves to the glorious sandy expanse of Galé and Salgados beaches.

The splendid Algarve Shopping Mall (2kms east of Guia) provides one-stop shopping and family fun at the bowling alley and cinema complex.
 
Also in the vicinity of Guia you will find the famous Zoomarine park (not to be missed by families), and its fantastic shows of dolphins, seals and parrots.
