Vivenda Diamante is a comfortable semi-detached 3 bedroom house, situated in a small private condominium in Vale de Parra, only 5 minutes away from Albufeira and less than 3kms away from the beautiful beaches of Galé, Salgados and São Rafael. The golf course of Salgados is 1.5kms away, and there are restaurants, supermarkets, chemist, bank and small shops within a short walking distance.

The house was built in 2003 and its interior was done to a high standard. There is a large communal swimming pool in front of the house, which makes it perfect for families with children. The condominium’s entrance is thought automatic gates, is situated away from the main road and is composed of only 10 houses. The surrounding gardens have plenty of space for sunbathing and for children to play.

Villa Diamante has its own built in barbecue in a small garden section facing the pool area, as well as patio furniture and shaded areas. Beach and pool towels will not be supplied, so please ensure to bring your own.

There are 3 bedrooms (all located upstairs), and the master double has a private bathroom. The two twins share a shower room and there is an additional WC downstairs.  All rooms have ceiling fans to be used in the summer, and electric radiators for the winter period.

The well equipped kitchen and cosy open plan lounge – dining area are located downstairs, with patio doors leading to the patio area, barbecue, garden and communal pool.

Kitchen – Hob, Oven, Microwave, Fridge-freezer, Washing Machine, Iron and ironing board, Kettle, Table and Chairs for 4 persons.

Bedrooms (all located on first floor) - Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two twins. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobe, bedside table and dressing table. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric radiators.

Bathrooms – 1 guest washroom downstairs, 1 ensuite bathroom upstairs, 1 shared shower room upstairs.

Living room / Dining area - Dining table with seating for 6 persons, Stereo, TV, DVD player (please bring own DVD's). Double sofa bed.

Outdoor – Shared adults pool, private barbecue, patio furniture, parasols, shared garden with lawn.

Others – Linen and Towels provided, Cleaning included twice a week.

Access – Automatic gates, free car parking within the complex.

Location / Vicinity

Villa Diamante is only 2 minutes away from the Golf Course of Salgados and less than 5 minutes by car to the Albufeira Marina. The Algarve Shopping Centre is only a short drive away as well - on the way to this amazing shopping centre stop in one of the chicken piri piri restaurants in the town of Guia.

Zoomarine theme park is also only a 5minute drive away. The Albufeira old town is approximately 7 kms in distance and offers a variety of different restaurants, snack bars, bars and great shops.

There are beautiful sandy beaches in Villa Diamante area, such as Salgados or Galé. Both beaches have restaurants or coffee shops onsite, which are ideal for you relax whilst you view the sun going into the sea...

Salgados 18 hole golf course is situated in one of the best-known regions of the Algarve, between Albufeira and Armação de Pera. It is already one of the symbols of the Portuguese golf. In fact, the proximity of the sea and the variety of lakes make this a very interesting test of golfing skills, different to other courses in the Algarve.

The cobbled streets of Albufeira offers a mixture for all ages if you like to pass the time in a coffee shop people watching its ideal or if you are a night bird and enjoy the night life, this is the place to be!
