The nearest beach is the charming Lourenço Beach, which has many rock pools and a popular beach restaurant.

The long and sandy beaches of Galé and Salgados are 5 minutes away.

The villa has a ground floor open plan living room / dining room with TV, video player, open fireplace and seating for 6, and through its patio doors, it gives direct access out to the patio and swimming pool. The well equipped kitchen also has a door that opens onto the poolside veranda housing the built in barbecue.

The ensuite twin bedroom is also located on the ground floor of the house, and comprises a window overlooking the front garden, and a private full bathroom.

The two other bedrooms are located up the marble staircase. Both rooms share a full bathroom on the first floor. The double is north facing and has 1 double bed. The twin has 2 twin beds and a fantastic sunny balcony overlooking the pool.

There is small garden with lawn around the house, a car port, barbecue, as well as patio furniture, sun beds and mattresses to relax near the pool.

Location / Vicinity

The villa is located only 1 km away from the beautiful Lourenço beach, and only 1.5kms from Galé. The beach and golf course of Salgados beach is only 5 minutes away. There are more beaches in the vicinity which are worth visiting, such as São Rafael and Coelho beach. Many of them have wonderful beach restaurants and snack bars (sea food recommended!) where you can enjoy the sea view and the natural beauty of the various coves and long stretches of sand.

There is a restaurant only 300 metres away from this residential area, and a well stocked supermarket within walking distance (less than 1km away).

The Albufeira marina is only a short drive away and the Albufeira old town is approximately 5 kms away. This is where you will find an active nightlife for the ones seeking for entertainment, or a shopping paradise for all tastes and pockets in the cobbled pedestrian streets.

Guia, famous small village for it’s chicken piri piri restaurants, is also 5 minutes away from the villa. The Zoomarine theme park (where you can swim with the dolphins) as well as the large Algarve shopping centre, are also located in Guia area.

There is also a variety of water parks nearby (within a 20 kms range), and along the year you will have the chance to come across several festivals, fairs and markets that are worth a visit.

Casa dos Netos has a fantastic location, in the wide but central area of Vale de Parra, just outside Albufeira, perfect for those who look for active holidays, golf, fishing, nightlife, shopping, great restaurants, family parks, water sports, culture, history, or just a nice place in the sand to relax and enjoy the sunny days.
