Quinta Ilha da Madeira 1 is one of the two beautiful identical villas that were restored in 2003 and converted from a farmhouse situated in the vicinity of great beaches. Both villas are identical in every detail.

Quinta Ilha da Madeira 1 has an ample south facing living room with glass doors giving walk-on access to the swimming pool and open sun terrace. The comfortable furnishings blend modern with traditional styles with sofas, a dining suite, satellite television and a big wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is very well equipped with several electrical appliances (plus all necessary utensils), and there is also a washing machine in the utility room.
It sleeps up to 6 persons and all bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom (there are two twins and 1 double).
Both villas have their own swimming pool, patio, barbeque and spacious grounds with side lawns, palm trees, and countryside surrounds with vineyards and orchards of olive and almond trees.

Bathrooms – 3 full ensuite bathrooms (bath with overhead shower, toilet, bidet and sink with unit), 1 guests washroom.

Living room – Log Fire, TV, Satellite, 1 Double sofa, 2 Single sofas, Large double Patio doors and one normal door leading to pool and garden.

Dining room (within living room) large dining table with 6 chairs.

Outdoor – Private pool, Large private patio area with lawn area, Patio table with 6 chars, 6 sun beds, parasols, BBQ.

Others – Security alarm, Safety deposit box which can be used free of charge, Linen and Towels provided, Cleaning included twice a week.

Access - Electric gate, Driveway and several car parking spaces available.

Quinta Ilha da Madeira 1 has a delightfully rural location, and it is only 4 kms away from the gorgeous Galé beach, and 2kms from the Salgados golf course.

This is a spacious villa situated 1.7kms away from the bustling little village of Guia, where you can find a variety of restaurants from the famous and popular chicken piri-piri houses to very fine dining in the centre of the village.

The new and old towns of Albufeira are easily reachable by a 10 minutes drive, as well as its colorful marina.

Near this tranquil area, you will find wonderful beaches from intimate coves to the glorious sandy expanse of Galé and Salgados beaches.

The splendid Algarve Shopping Mall (2kms east of Guia) provides one-stop shopping and family fun at the bowling alley and cinema complex.
 
Also in the vicinity of Guia you will find the famous Zoomarine park (not to be missed by families), and its fantastic shows of dolphins, seals and parrots.
