Located less than 5 minutes away from the cosmopolitan town of Portimão, the Portimão Marina, the lively Praia da Rocha and the fishing village of Alvor.

The master double is located upstairs and has a private balcony and an ensuite shower room. The second double (also located upstairs) shares a large balcony with the twin bedroom, as well as a family bathroom.

Downstairs you will find the open plan lounge – dining area for 8 persons, that has a connecting window from the modern and well equipped kitchen. From the lounge you have direct access to the garden and private patio area with barbecue.

There is an additional ensuite twin bedroom (with bathroom) downstairs, as well as a guest washroom and utility room.

This Oasis Parque villa is air conditioned throughout (a local extra charge may be applicable during some months).

In the last few years Oasis Parque has matured into a highly desirable development which boasts different luxury apartments and villas in a highly desirable setting. Oasis Parque has been enhanced recently by the Leisure Club's new indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The complex is also formed by a restaurant, coffee shop, tennis courts, outdoor adults and children’s pools, a poolside snack bar, children play area, gardens, etc.  There are buses running regularly inside the complex that take you to various surrounding areas, and for those of you that don’t fancy driving during holidays, due to the short distance to the main areas it’s easy to get a taxi for very reasonable rates.

Each year standards continue to improve Oasis Parque, enriching the lives of the people who stay there.

The use of the Leisure Club (indoor pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts) is included in prices.

Facilities

Bedrooms – air conditioning, two doubles (one ensuite) with double beds upstairs and one twin bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms upstairs have fitted wardrobes and balconies. Downstairs there is an ensuite twin with two single beds.

Bathrooms – One ensuite shower room upstairs, one shared family bathroom upstairs, one ensuite bathroom downstairs and one small guest washroom.

Living room / Dining area – air conditioning, TV, Log Fire, dining table for 8 persons, patio doors leading to the terrace with barbecue, two large sofas that will sit 6 adults. 

Outdoor – private patio with barbecue, private garden with patio furniture and sunbeds.

Others – The Oasis Parque Leisure centre has many facilities included in the price: outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, children’s play area, coffee shop and restaurant. Internet Access in Oasis Parque Reception Office and coffee shop. Linen and Towels provided. Cleaning included once a week.

Access – Villa has private driveway for 1 car.

Location / Vicinity

There are large supermarkets and a retail park not far away from the villa, and the nearest beach is Praia da Rocha (approximately 5 kms away). Portimão is only 3 kms away from the villa and there are regular busses running inside to the complex to take you to key points. 

Within the developments there are many facilities included in the price: outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, children’s play area. There is also a coffee shop and restaurant.

In Portimão the “sardines” restaurants and numerous shops are a must. In the fabulous Praia da Rocha area and Portimão Marina boasts an abundance of waterfront activities, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The picturesque fishing village of Alvor and beach is only a short drive distance and the Monchique mountains and its breathtaking views are located 25kms away.

When it comes to golf, there are 4 courses within the vicinity of the villa such as Palmares, Penina, Alto (located between Praia do Vau and Alvor) and Pinta. The newest course is at Boavista Resort (approximately 20 minutes away).

This west side of the cost hosts spectacular sceneries featuring honey coloured cliffs, grottos, caves and endless breathtaking sandy beaches.
