The complex is opposite the 5 star Hotel CS, just outside Albufeira Old town and the Albufeira Marina (both less than a 5 minutes drive away).

You can easily reach the stunning São Rafael beach with a 15 minute walk, and apart from the complexes baby pool, adults pool, garden and tennis court, just outside it you will find a mini-market, a coffee shop with games area, internet and a restaurant.

Due to the short distance to Albufeira, the taxi fares are very reasonable; therefore, if you don’t fancy driving to the lively areas of Albufeira Old Town or the streets of Montechoro, you can easily get on a taxi. Alternatively Fun Seeker can always provide good car hire rates, should you prefer to drive.

This townhouse is very well equipped at all levels, and it has a wonderful large south facing terrace with barbecue.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath; the comfortable and well furnished lounge has a sofa bed that sleeps 2 adults.

The double and twin bedrooms are both on the first floor and they share a spacious south facing balcony with sea view.

Villa Rafaela townhouse is air conditioned throughout but a local extra charge may be applicable during some months.

Bedrooms – Both bedrooms are ensuite, are located on the first floor and have air conditioning. The master double has a TV, Jacuzzi bath in the ensuite bathroom, double bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table, shared balcony with sun beds and sea view. The twin bedroom has two twin beds, a fitted wardrobe, and a shared balcony with sea view.

Bathrooms – 1 shower room downstairs, 1 ensuite shower room upstairs, 1 ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi type bath upstairs.

Living room / Dining area – TV, DVD, Radio and CD player, Cable TV, Log Fire, dining table for 6 persons, patio doors leading to the terrace with barbecue. One sofa that turns into a sofa bed for 2 adults, 2 individual armchairs.

Outdoor – Shared adults pool, shared children’s pool, shared garden with lawn, shared tennis court, patio furniture in the private terrace, south facing and sea views from the upstairs balcony. Just outside the complex there is a restaurant, coffee shop with internet and games area, mini market.

Others – Linen and Towels provided. Cleaning included twice a week.

Access – Free car parking spaces inside the complex.

Location / Vicinity

The area of Sao Rafael,with its European Flag Sandy beaches, cliff top walks and popular beach bars/restaurants makes it a great place to visit.

Apart from São Rafael beach that is located a few metres away from the villa Rafaella complex, there are many others nearby that are worth visiting (some of them are actually connected to each other): Coelho, Castelo, Evaristo, Galé, Salgados, São Lourenço, etc.

Villa Rafaella townhouse is only 3 kms from the centre of Albufeira, which rightly claims to be the original tourist capital of the region.

The Albufeira Marina is within walking distance (there you will find many boat and fishing trips available) and the marvellous Salgados golf course is within a 5 minute drive.

Nearby restaurants are too numerous to mention here, and although seafood is in abundance, all tastes are catered for.

When you holiday in this area, don’t miss out the Zoomarine park, the Algarve shopping centre (that has bowling, shops, restaurants, cinemas, play area for children) and the famous Guia chicken piri piri restaurants – all this is approximately 6 kms away.
