Albufeira Mar is a brand new private condominium of six townhouses with a privileged location over the Albufeira Old Town. These fantastic air conditioned and two storey houses share a good sized swimming pool, and are perfect for those who want a car-free holiday. There are beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, and many more amenities within a 300 metres range. All houses have sea views, and are only separated from the Albufeira Old Town and Fisherman’s beach by new escalators or sloping road.

Each house has a modern style, and is composed of one open plan lounge - dining area downstairs with an american type kitchen. Downstairs is also where you will find a shower room and a bedroom with single beds. Off the dining area and lounge there is a spacious terrace with patio furniture.

On the first floor, you have one master double room with an ensuite full bathroom, and also a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. Both bedrooms have their own balcony with sea views. All houses are fully air conditioned tastefully decorated.

The completion of this beautiful condominium was in March of 2008, therefore, the Villamania guests will have the privilege of enjoying these high quality facilities for excellent rates.

Due to the fact that the six houses are next door to each other, you can either book them individually (each one sleeps 6 persons) or book more than one for larger groups (i.e. two villas for 12 people).

This is the perfect place to be if you are seeking for a central but quiet place, with top quality standards, and that want to enjoy a car-free holiday, as all amenities can be reached within easy and short walks.

Open plan kitchen: modern style kitchen (american style) with breakfast bar, equipped with fridge freezer, microwave-oven, ceramic hob, electric kettle, toaster and all expected cooking utensils.

Bedrooms: downstairs room with single beds, one twin bedroom with two single beds and a private balcony upstairs; also upstairs there is a master double with double bed and ensuite bathroom as well as a private balcony. All bedrooms are air conditioning.

Bathrooms: two shower rooms and one full ensuite bathroom.

Outside: two balconies and one large terrace, shared swimming pool, patio furniture, sea views.

Other: maid service included. Towels change mid week and linen change for stays over 7 nights.

Location / Vicinity

These houses are perfect for all ages, but especially for those that don’t want to drive as you can easily reach Albufeira Old Town or Oura beach area within a few minutes walk.

Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops,  and many other amenities, can be found only a few metres way from this private condominium.

This location is also perfect for those looking for the excellent nightlife of the Strip or Albufeira Old Town. Both areas are only a few minutes away (walking).

Albufeira is a beautiful town bursting with character, full of tiny whitewashed houses with terracota roofs, narrow cobbled streets. Each pedestrian street offers a selection of restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, late night boutiques, music bars, etc.

Praia da Oura is more lively, cosmopolitan, family friendly with the gorgeous Oura Beach just down at the foot of a steep hill.

For day time and nightlife you have the bustling streets of Montechoro, Praia Da Oura and Albufeira that are situated only a few minutes away from the villas.

In the neighboring beaches there is a variety of water sports available, as well as enjoyable meals in the existing restaurants and bars.

The shopping centre “Algarve Shopping” is situated in Guia which is approx. 15 minutes away, as well as the famous theme park Zoomarine which is open all year around and not to be missed for families.
